Music - Pancake Day

Each Roman Anton launch has at least one piano track, sometimes more. The sole piano track on Launch II is Pancake Day. Roman wrote the song while traveling in China, in the small town of Nanba, somewhere deep in Sichuan Provence. He anticipated that he would be in the small town, alone, for business and on his birthday so he brought pancake mix and maple syrup in a plastic bottle hoping he would be able to convince the chef at the housing cafeteria to help him make a batch.
