Last Clear Chance was first a novel with the song, and then artwork and the album to follow.  The title track is based on a novel that follows the protagonist on his first overseas work assignment, which turns into an important discovery and results in an ad-hoc exodus to safety or danger.  The remaining tracks come from the same session that Roman, Frank and Roger started and completed many years ago.
