The Crusader Novel was written in the early 90s and the song was written in the late 70s and both ran parallel to each other until lyrics were added to the song in the 2000s. The artwork for this song is the first Roman Anton creation using a photo and digitization. The novel is based on an accidental road trip in a bus called The Crusader.  The novel opens and closes with court room drama that shapes the path of the protagonist and his antagonist driver into another court room.
