WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup & Shipping

In-store pickup is available for All Products. Pickups are available Monday - Sunday 0900 - 1800 leT.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

In case of Missing delivery timeframe, in case of delayed delivery, please contact us at info@romananton.com, we will help resolve any issues related to delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

For information about customs process:

• When ordering from romananton.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, "Import Fees"), levied by

the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country.

Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):

- Product category and price

- Shipping costs and package weight

- Customs clearance channel

WHAT HAPPENSIF MY ORDERIS DELAYED?

International Shipments from Thailand may take different lengths of time, depending on the type of shipment paid for the buyer. Most express mail delivery will arrive within two weeks from purchase. Non-express mail deliveries may take longer. We will track all shipments and provide updates as the shipper updates us.

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
